Our mineral rich Organic Irish Sea Moss Tonic, was created to give you a pep in your step! Inspired by traditional uses of Irish Sea Moss in coastal Irish communities to support immune health.

Moss Boss Tonic is an Atlantic Irish Sea Moss(aka Carrageen Moss) based tonic combined with Apple Cider Vinegar (with the Mother), Root Ginger, Clementines & Raw Honey.
All of these are certified organic, sustainably harvested & locally sourced.
Ingredients: Irish Sea Moss, Organic Water Filtered, Apple Cider Vinegar (with Mother), Organic Root Ginger, Organic Orange Juice, Clementine Peel, Organic Raw Honey.
For immune & gut maintenance:
25ml first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Ideally 30 mins before food. Can be taken straight or mixed with water.
For use when recovering from cold/flu/chest infection
30ml 3 times a day before meals. Can be taken straight or mixed with water.
For children
15ml- 20ml once a day mixed with good quality yogurt or apple juice.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 4 weeks.
